Bobby Lee Smith

Polk City - BOBBY L. SMITH, age 76, passed away April 25, 2017, at his Polk City residence
surrounded by his loving family. Born November 23, 1940, in Chillicothe, OH to
late Lundy and Mary Magdalene(Osborn) Smith.. He served 4 yrs. In The U.S.
Marine Corp during the Vietnam War era, and he worked as a Facilities Operator for
the City of Columbus, OH. Survived by his wife of 31 years, Sharon (Meyers) Smith .
Also survived by a brother, Lundy of Amarillo, TX, children Robert (Lori) of
Lake Alfred, Annette (Jim) Clifford and Penny Flanary of St. Petersburg, Patty
(Don) Rice and Sandy Williamson of Polk City, Tracy Selvage, Katrina Smith, and
Mary Keys of Waverly, OH. In addition he is survived by grandchildren,
Audrey(Jose), James, Amy(Jason), Stephanie, Candy(Steve), Ronnie(Niki),
Sara(Jimmy), Ashley, Derek, Annalee, and Holly. Great grandchildren Sarah, Alex,
Emma, Rebecca, James, Hope, Kendall, Lauren, Peyton, Logan,. Savannah,
Sydney and Paul. Preceded in death by his parents and a sister Delores. Funeral
Services are being arranged by the Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial
Gardens. Burial at Florida National Cemetary , Bushnell, FL at the convience
of the family
