Edward R. Stambrosky

Edward R. Stambrosky, 86, of Lakeland, passed away May 3, 2022. He was born June 18, 1935 in Pittsburgh, PA to parents John and Mary Stambrosky. Ed proudly served in the US Army.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother George Stambrosky; sister Pauline Fuchs; and grandson Blake. Left to treasure Ed’s memory is his wife of 62 years, Janet; his children Edward R. Jr (Susan), Randy J., and Lynn A. Powell(Robert); grandchildren Andrew, Amanda, Matthew, Katie, Shane and Brandon; great-grandson Rylen; and his sister Kathryn Gunther.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May, 6, 2022, from 4-7PM at Lakeland Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 11AM at the Church of the Resurrection, 3720 Old Hwy 37, Lakeland 33813. Interment to follow in the Lakeland Memorial Gardens.
