Edward "Allen" Yelvington

Son of Edward Joseph Yelvington and JoAnn Yelvington Smith, born in St. Petersburg, Florida. Allen Yelvington was a Lakeland resident most of his life. Allen left this world August 5, 2022 at 1:10 AM. He passed at the age of 60 looking toward heaven to the end.

Survived by his mother JoAnn Yelvington Smith, sister Sheri Yelvington Nicholson, his daughter Shadoe Yelvington, brother-in-law Steven Nicholson, niece Yazmine Nicholson, and many cousins and friends who were like family.

Allen was an avid golfer, lover of  NASCAR racing and was currently a retail specialist.  He loved traveling and doing his craft, as he also worked on the side as a professional tax preparer at Joann‘s Tax Service.
Allen Will be tremendously missed by his family and his many friends ..Enjoy heaven brother ..we love you!

Services will be held at Lakeland Funeral Home on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Visitation from 10 AM – 11AM, service at 11 AM.
